Fuze Meeting is a free web conferencing tool that allows desktop and screen sharing on Mac, PC, and iPhone.

This is a pretty well designed Flex application. Easy to start using, nice layout. Good example of the “Stay in the page” design principle, and hub-and-spoke application structure.
